We are a locally based company specializing in the design and construction of pools and outdoor living spaces that can be enjoyed year-round, regardless of Utah’s seasons.
Our clients expect pools that are efficiently heated, allowing them to extend their swimming season beyond the typical timeframe.
Our pool designs offer exceptional customization, tailored to complement your landscape, architectural style, or even your boldest pool aspirations.
Unlike concrete and fiberglass pools, Rock Canyon Pool Pros specializes in the design and construction of in-ground swimming pools made from expanded polystyrene (EPS). Custom-built to nearly any shape, size, and depth, we work closely with you to design a pool that perfectly fits your backyard and family lifestyle.
Our EPS-based pools offer superior heating efficiency compared to concrete or fiberglass, providing an extended swimming season and significantly reduced operating costs. Additionally, our pools are immune to freeze-thaw issues that can damage traditional concrete or fiberglass pools.
We also offer a variety of finishing options for your EPS pool, so it can seamlessly match the style of your home and outdoor living space—just like a concrete pool.
We start with an initial onsite visit from a Rock Canyon Pool Pro designer. During this visit, we’ll assess your space, discuss your preferences and vision for the pool, and gather all necessary details. Based on this, we’ll prepare a formal quote for your consideration.
After the quote and design of your pool and/or landscape are approved, we proceed to the next stage which involves creating detailed engineering drawings and obtaining any required permits for the build.
Once the permits have been received, site preparation and excavation begins, followed by setting out the structure of your new pool including plumbing, and electrical runs – all occurring over three to four weeks.
The next stage is the stucco and tiling of your new pool which is typically completed over two to three weeks.
Once the tiling and finish coat is applied we install the coping/edging and move on to installing essential pool equipment, including heating and filtration systems. Any remaining landscaping will also be finalized at this stage.
Lastly, and usually just 8 weeks from the first dig, we fill the pool, balance and test all the systems and show you how to do the same, before handing it over to be enjoyed for decades to come
